By commissioning me, you're agreeing with my Terms of Service. Please read it carefully! If you have any questions, don't hesitate do ask.

NOTICE✦ You are NOT allowed to make an NFT with my art, nor use it in any other blockchain-related technology
✦ You are NOT allowed to use my art in any AI training softwares or AI edits
✦ Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, aside from social media use (profile pictures, banners, etc)
You can print and use the artwork however you want, as long as you don’t profit from it
✦ If you want my art for COMMERCIAL USE (such as merch, clothing, books, etc), we will discuss additional terms and prices privately
✦ I can change my TOS anytime (you will be notified if it interferes with your order)PAYMENT✦ All orders will be paid in USD
✦ Payment will be accepted through PayPal or VGen only
✦ 100% upfront payment for orders up to 100 USD
✦ 50/50% payment is available for orders above 100 USDDELIVERY/PROCESS✦ I will update you every time I make significant progress
✦ The commission will be delivered within 2-8 weeks after the payment is sent. If there is an emergency that will prevent me from following the deadline, such as health or equipment issues, you will be notified
✦ The artwork will be delivered via email. I will send you a high resolution PNG fileREVISIONS✦ You are allowed to make up to 3 major changes in the sketch phase. There will be an extra fee if you want a major change after the sketch is approved (+25 USD)
✦ I will only make minor edits on the artwork if it’s already finished or close to being finishedCOPYRIGHT
✦ I am allowed to use the artwork in online portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
✦ You are allowed to repost the image, as long as you credit me.
✦ You are not allowed to reproduce and sell the artworkREFUND POLICY✦ You cannot get a refund for commissions under 100 USD
✦ You cannot get a refund if the drawing is close to being completed
✦ You'll only receive a full refund if I have not started the drawing yet
✦ All refunds will have an automatic PayPal fee discounted in them
✦ You can only ask for refunds within 15 days after the payment is sent
✦ The amount of the refund will be negotiated with the customer, based on how much work I have already completed
